Great compact traditional fish & chip shop opposite Huddersfield Market. Lovely food all round, fish is quality and decent portion even the small size. Both fish and chips are always crispy without excess fat, fried fresh. They serve nice sides as well, tasty curry sauce, mushy peas etc. All really friendly staff, regards to Abdul who’s a top bloke. Since moving up from South, we’ve become regulars for dine in and take away. Can’t fault the place, consistently good. As others mention, opening hours are a tad slim so plan your visit accordingly.

Fantastic traditional fish and chips cafe right outside the market in Huddersfield. Brilliant meal deals which are cooked to order so super fresh and crispy batter and the portions are amazing. We got fish and chips, fish butty and chips, peas, curry sauce, can o pop and a coffee for less than £15

I recently went in n had fish cakes chips and curry sauce. Best chippy food I've had in years. I got them to cook me 6 more fishcakes to take home for me n my better half and she loved them too. Amazing food. Lovely staff and it's a great atmosphere in the restaurant to enjoy a quiet meal. Also the prices are very reasonable. This place is the best in Huddersfield at what it does. Highly recommend 😁
